The Kinetic Matrix: The New Standard in Orthopedic Dry Needling and Movement Rehabilitation
In a world where short, basic courses have become the standard, we choose to go deeper.
The Manual IL Expert Track was created for therapists who are not satisfied with just technical application, but seek a total clinical understanding of the movement system.
Over the course of 14 sessions (84 academic hours), we will teach you to transition from "treating a point" to managing complex clinical cases. This is achieved through the exclusive integration of the STB (Soft Tissue Balance) method and a deep understanding of kinematic chains.
This track was designed for experienced health and movement professionals seeking to upgrade their clinical toolkit and become experts in resolving complex pathologies:
Prerequisites
Admission to the course is contingent upon providing a professional certification/diploma and a valid professional liability insurance policy. We maintain high professional standards to ensure a quality learning environment.
The Manual IL Advantage
The Manual IL training was established to set a higher professional standard in orthopedic dry needling, moving away from purely technical instruction toward a comprehensive clinical understanding:
Duration: 14 Sessions (6 hours per session)
Total Hours: 84 Academic Hours
Core Focus: Clinical application and continuous hands-on training (70%–80% practice in every session).
Divided into six learning modules that integrate advanced theory, intensive clinical practice, and the STB (Soft Tissue Balance) method.
Module 1: Methodological Foundation & Tissue Management (STB)
Specializing in the neurophysiological mechanisms of modern Western dry needling. Learning and applying the Soft Tissue Balancing (STB) method, developed at Manual IL, as a tool to reduce tissue sensitization and prepare the patient for effective needling.
Module 2: The Cranio-Cervical Complex (Head, Neck, and Jaw)
Diagnosis and dry needling treatment for complex pathologies of the upper and deep cervical spine. This module includes a specific specialization in TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) and masticatory muscle treatment, alongside clinical management of cervicogenic headaches and dizziness.
Module 3: Shoulder Girdle & Upper Limb
Biomechanical analysis and dry needling treatment of the kinematic chain of the shoulder, elbow, and wrist. Special emphasis is placed on needling deep muscles (such as the Subscapularis) and managing chronic upper limb tendinopathies.
Module 4: The Central Axis (Spine, Core, and Pelvis)
Clinical management of the lumbar spine and core stabilization. This module focuses on safe, deep needling techniques for the Multifidus, Quadratus Lumborum (QL), and erector spinae, as well as treating complex syndromes of the pelvis and deep gluteal muscles.
Module 5: The Lower Limb & Functional Biomechanics
Diagnosis and treatment of the hip, knee, and foot through the prism of movement chains. Advanced protocols for treating Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, and functional impairments affecting gait biomechanics.
Module 6: Clinical Integration, Business Management, and Certification
Translating professional knowledge into a profitable clinical practice. This module provides tools for clinic management, pricing, ethical marketing for manual therapists, and the Expert Certification Exam, featuring complex clinical case study analysis.
Tuition: ₪3,900
Registration Fee: ₪180 (To secure your spot)
Payment Plan: Up to 4 installments
Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable.
Certification: Upon successful completion, a Manual IL Graduation Certificate will be awarded. (The certificate is recognized by the Massage Professionals Association and insurance companies.)

Expert in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and Pain Management
Eyal brings extensive clinical experience from treating thousands of patients and over 20,000 hours of professional teaching. He lectures and trains therapists both in Israel and internationally, leading advanced courses in HVLA (High-Velocity Low-Amplitude) manipulations, STB (Soft Tissue Balance), biomechanics, and clinical reasoning.
He specializes in the diagnosis of movement patterns, physical compensations, and science-based pain mechanisms, bridging the gap between clinical evidence and hands-on practice.

Founder of the STB (Soft Tissue Balance) Method | Expert in Pain Management, Movement Patterns, and Posture
Gevaon brings over 20 years of field experience and a clinical track record of treating tens of thousands of patients. As the former Chairman of the Massage Therapists Association, he has been a leading figure in shaping professional standards in Israel.
He specializes in developing science-based clinical protocols designed to enhance functional performance, facilitate soft tissue rehabilitation, and provide effective pain relief through the integration of systemic movement analysis.
Integrative Dry Needling is an advanced therapeutic model that combines Western orthopedic needling with manual Soft Tissue Balance (STB) techniques. Instead of focusing on an isolated muscle, the integrative approach treats entire movement chains to resolve the root cause of the pain rather than just the symptom.
Key Principles at Manual IL:
STB Preparation: Balancing muscle tone and reducing tissue sensitivity before needling, while diagnosing kinetic "chains."
Evidence-Based Practice (EBP): Neutralizing Trigger Points and treating tendons using a strict anatomical approach.
Functional Integration: Utilizing the "therapeutic window" created after needling to perform active movement and solidify the clinical result.
The Bottom Line:
Integrative Dry Needling performs a "Reset" of the pain system, improves range of motion, and accelerates rehabilitation processes within the musculoskeletal system.
1. The Mechanical Reset
Inserting the needle into the "Taut Band" (the tight strand within the muscle) creates a direct mechanical disruption of the trigger point. This action triggers a Local Twitch Response (LTR)—a reflexive local contraction—which leads to the immediate relaxation of shortened muscle fibers and relieves pressure on local blood vessels and nerves.
2. The Chemical Washout
Within a trigger point, an "inflammatory soup" of pain-inducing neuropeptides (such as Substance P and CGRP) accumulates, leading to a low pH (acidic) environment. The needling creates controlled micro-trauma that stimulates the flow of fresh, oxygenated blood to the area. This facilitates the "washout" of inflammatory substances and restarts the tissue's natural healing processes.
3. Neurological Modulation
The needling acts as a "distractor" for the Central Nervous System. The strong, focused stimulus of the needle activates natural pain-relief mechanisms in the spinal cord and brain (such as the "Gate Control Theory" and the release of endogenous opioids/endorphins). The result is a decrease in sensitization (hypersensitivity) of the nervous system and improved motor control over the muscle.
The Added Value: Integration with the STB Method
Combining Soft Tissue Balancing (STB) techniques prior to needling fundamentally changes the environment of the soft tissue.
Manual balancing reduces the mechanical tension on the muscle envelope (fascia), allowing the needle to operate in a less "guarded" environment. This achieves a deeper, more stable neurological effect that lasts longer.
Training at Manual IL is designed for certified professionals in the fields of therapy, rehabilitation, and movement. To maintain a high clinical standard and ensure in-depth professional discourse, admission is contingent upon meeting the following criteria:
Professional Certification
Candidates must hold a recognized qualification in one of the following fields:
Professional Requirements
Liability Insurance: A valid professional liability insurance policy is mandatory.
Clinical Suitability: In certain cases, candidates will be invited for a personal suitability interview with Eyal Feigin or Gevaon Peled to ensure alignment with the course's advanced clinical level.
Important Note
We limit our class sizes to ensure that every participant receives direct supervision and the highest quality of practical training.
