Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is prior knowledge required?

Q: Do I need to bring anything to the workshop?
A: We provide all the necessary tape. We highly recommend arriving in comfortable sportswear (shorts and a tank top/t-shirt) so that participants can easily practice on one another.
